The friendly and attentive staff, especially Edison at the reception, made us feel at home as they patiently assisted us with our inquiries about local tours and recommendations. The clean rooms provided a comfortable haven after a day of exploring Machu Picchu, and the stunning views of the nearby river added to the serene atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the bar/lounge area on the fifth floor, where we engaged in a heartfelt ceremony honoring our ancestors, creating a memorable connection to the Andean culture. With amenities like the convenient laundry service and 24-hour reception, this hotel truly embodies the essence of hospitality and value for money, and I would return without hesitation.
